Hand Pile of Happy Group

Weight Loss & Well-being Sessions.

Come and join us at a weekly, local Weight Loss & Wellbeing Session. Its a friendly, supportive group environment where you will have your own personal progress consultation, which will include a weigh in, a review of your week and some goal setting. There will also be a relaxed topical group discussion designed to prepare you for the coming week on your weight loss journey.

Online Workshop

Virtual Support Sessions.

Join our Virtual Sessions via Zoom each week. This online support group could suit a busy lifestyle or if you want more support along side your weekly Weight Loss & Well-being Session. Relaxed and friendly, these sessions will have a weekly topic and discussion, celebrations and goal setting.


Facebook Group

Join a members only Facebook Group. Meet other members from all the different sessions. Share success, recipes, tips and ideas. It's a great supportive and friendly place to be. 

Classmates in the Library

At Home.

A 20 minute 1-2-1 check in each week from the comfort of your own home via Zoom (also whatsapp, Facetime or audio call). Book a time that is convenient to both of us to review your week, set goals, and talk through challenges and triumphs. 

Receive milestone certificates via post as you progress on your journey. Join our Facebook community for more support.

Walking Club

Walking Group

Walking has so many benefits for physical and mental health as well as supporting the weight loss goals. Our regular seafront walks are a great opportunity to meet others, form friendships and support one another on our  journeys.
