Support is key for any weight loss journey and that support can come in many forms. I offer physical and virtual support groups and 1:1 support, either physical or virtual.
To help promote activity I have a local walking group, which is a great opportunity to meet fellow members, make friends and support each other.

Periodically I will be doing virtual cook-along sessions and I am always looking to secure guest speakers to bring more inspiration to both the virtual and physical group sessions.
