Our Virtual Sessions are via Zoom each week at the following times:

Walking Group
This local walking group will run weekly throughout the spring and summer and is free to Weight loss & Well-being members. The walks will be held on the seafront in Bognor Regis and surrounding countryside. These walks are brilliant for good health and well-being as well as contributing to the weight loss journey and making friends with fellow members.
